Dehydration

Dehydration, a deficiency of water, causes symptoms of dry mouth, headaches, fatigue, and lightheadedness. High temperatures and overexertion are normally the cause. Water and drinks with electrolytes can treat dehydration in most cases, but severe dehydration should be treated at a nearby Carbon Health.
Signs of dehydration include persistent thirst, dry mouth and lips, dark urine, infrequent urination, fatigue or weakness, dizziness or lightheadedness, dry or cool skin, headache, muscle cramps, and reduced tears or sweating. These symptoms may vary in severity depending on the degree of dehydration. It is important to drink fluids and seek medical attention if dehydration is severe or persists despite efforts to rehydrate.
