Carbon Health offers COVID-19 RT-PCR testing for Japan Airlines travelers departing from the San Francisco Bay Area. Requirements change frequently, so please check with the [Ministry of Foreign Affairs](https://www.mofa.go.jp.html) for the most recent guidance.
All travelers entering Japan (including Japanese nationals) must submit a Certificate of Negative Test Result of a pre-entry COVID-19 test conducted within 72 hours prior to departing from the country/region where travelers stay when entering Japan.
