COVID care for Ellume patients
Ellume has partnered with Carbon Health to provide care for patients who receive a positive COVID-19 test result, or a negative result but continue to experience symptoms. Patients will be evaluated by a telehealth clinician, and receive a personalized care plan that may include prescription support, follow up in person visits, specialist referrals, and more.
- Patients who test positive for COVID-19 can access the full range of care with Carbon Health, including access to our clinicians, a personalized care plan, treatment of your symptoms including prescription and over-the-counter therapies, triage of any mental health conditions or long term complications, and more.
