Diabetes and Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Continuous glucose monitoring (or CGM for short) is a game-changer for managing diabetes. But how do you know if CGM is right for you? 👇
Continuous glucose monitoring allows for blood glucose to be measured continuously throughout the day. The monitoring device, commonly called a CGM, is applied to your arm or belly, and includes a small sensor under your skin and measures interstitial glucose level. The sensor tests and collects blood sugar measurements every few minutes. Measurements are then wirelessly transmitted and you can view the values via an app on your phone or other device.
