Your lymph nodes are small glands in the upper throat that fight infection, and they often swell when sick. This is normally not cause for concern. Check in with a healthcare professional if they swell while you feel fine, or if the swelling does not fade within two to four weeks. This can be sign your body is struggling with more serious issues that may require treatment.
