With children, it's best to get them examined if they have a fever or are vomiting.
Stomach Flu has symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and sometimes fever. These symptoms usually begin within 1-3 days after exposure to the virus and can last for several days.
