Firefighter physical exam
Carbon Health provides NFPA / AME standard exams for firefighters. NFPA exams are applicable for all firefighter classifications such as volunteer, full-time, part-time, etc.
- While there may be some variations from state to state, the overall exam should evaluate the physical well being, carrying/lifting capacity, hearing, and respiratory functions required both to have the physical capacity to perform, but also to monitor for work related illnesses/injuries.
