Liana Lee-Harris, NP

Education

Liana’s practice incorporates a patient-centered and holistic approach to care. Liana involves patients in their care and includes them in decision-making to form customized care plans. She views the patient as a whole and considers all aspects of care, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She believes education and disease prevention are essential for optimizing health and promoting long-term wellness. Comprehensive care, in her view, includes collaboration with the broader healthcare team. Her goal in primary care is to provide comprehensive, continuous care while promoting and maintaining health.

Liana has cared for a wide range of populations in her practice, including LGBTQ+ individuals, HIV+ patients, and those seeking women’s health services. She has also served underserved populations. Her professional experience spans various settings, including a residential treatment center for children in state custody, medical/surgical units in hospitals, and more recently, an internal medicine office where she began her career as a nurse practitioner.

Outside of work, Liana maintains an active lifestyle year-round. She enjoys running and plans to participate in another half marathon. In the winter, she skis, and in the summer, she paddleboards. She practices meditation to support her mental health and also enjoys traveling.
