Dr. Daniel Shor, DO, is a primary care physician who believes in keeping healthcare simple, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient. He provides comprehensive adult primary care with special interests in weight management and obesity medicine, men’s health, chronic disease management (including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol), musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, mental health, and preventivee care.
Dr. Shor previously founded and operated his own primary care practice, focusing on personalized, accessible care with real-world results. His background includes both outpatient and urgent care settings, with an emphasis on efficiency and strong patient relationships.
When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Shor enjoys weightlifting, playing guitar, and fishing.
