Deb is a primary care provider who believes that strong relationships are the foundation of good health. She takes the time to truly understand her patients—their stories, concerns, and goals—so she can guide them with care that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in trust. Her approach is centered on clear communication and patient education, helping individuals feel confident, informed, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

Deb has experience caring for a wide range of patients, including veterans and military-affiliated individuals, women’s health patients, families across generations, those managing chronic conditions, cancer survivors, and caregivers navigating complex family dynamics. Her own life experiences deepen her ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.

Her path to medicine has been nontraditional, beginning as a medical technician in the U.S. Air Force, followed by a career in teaching before completing the Physician Assistant program at Yale School of Medicine. Outside of work, Deb enjoys gardening, woodworking, and home renovation projects, staying active and creative alongside her husband.
