Evan Baily, PA-C, is a physician assistant who prioritizes listening to patients and practicing shared decision-making to deliver thoughtful, personalized care. He is passionate about providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to the community in San Francisco, with a focus on building strong patient relationships and delivering care that is both practical and patient-centered.

He brings experience across primary care and acute care settings, including work with migrant populations and in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Evan takes a collaborative approach to care, partnering closely with patients to manage preventive screenings, optimize chronic disease management, and create sustainable, individualized care plans.

With over nine years of clinical experience, Evan has worked in both outpatient and urgent care environments, emphasizing efficiency and real-world results while maintaining a high standard of care.

Outside of medicine, Evan enjoys running marathons, attending live music events, and spending time with his Shih-Tzu mix, Jack.
