Biography / Experience
Ana Raquel DeGrazia, NP-C graduated from Simmons University, from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She has the passion for patient-centered care without judgement. She has experience in wellness and disease prevention, chronic disease management, women’s health and urgent care needs. Prior to becoming an NP, she worked as an RN with the developmentally disabled population being able to advocate for their health needs in the community.
