Meet Niki Creech, Center Manager of our Federal Way, WA location. In this post, she shares a closer look at the clinic and what makes the Federal Way community unique.
What types of patients do you see?
At the Federal Way urgent care, we see a diverse range of patients! It includes a mix of travelers, local families and kids, college students from Highline Community College and Green River Community College. Typically, patients come in for sports physicals, cold + flu, workers’ comp, DOT physicals and drug screens, and TB testing. We also have x-ray, so we’ll often see people who are unable to get x-rays at other locations.
Where are you located?
Our clinic is at 1751 S. 320th Street, located outside of the Commons Mall area across from Burlington Coat Factory and Sleep Number. We are next door to Global credit union and right by the Applebee’s. Across the street, people may be familiar with the SeaTac Village shopping area that has a Trader Joe’s and RJ Mazz.
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
We serve Federal Way mainly, but will see patients from all the nearby neighborhoods including Sumner, Milton, Edgewood, Auburn, Covington, Enumclaw, and even Puyallup where we have a sister location.
What’s your favorite thing about working at this location?
Our team, the culture, the community. Our location is in the heart of Federal Way, and we are always looking for ways to let people know we are here for them and their healthcare needs. Locals may recognize our signage in grocery stores (see below) and other spots around town .
Any tips for first-time patients?
Federal Way has opened up a transit center next to our clinic just 1 block away. We also have the bus lines available that drop off 1 block away. We are located in the Commons Mall parking lot area next to some great restaurants.
