What types of patients do you see?
The Overland Park clinic cares for a wide range of patients, from children to older adults. Travelers are welcome to visit us for any injuries, whether it’s a fracture, laceration, or other urgent need. We also provide walk-in sports physicals for parents who can’t get an appointment with their child’s pediatrician. In addition, we offer occupational health services, including physicals and drug screenings, for individuals needing them for work.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located in the Hawthorne Plaza shopping center at 119th and Roe. You’ll find us in the same center as Talbots, Lilly Pulitzer, Andre’s, and Urban Egg, with The Container Store situated at the corner of the plaza.
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
We serve a diverse range of patients from across the Kansas City metro area, thanks to our convenient location near I-435. Our clinic welcomes patients from Leawood, Overland Park, Olathe, and Kansas City, Missouri.
What’s your favorite thing about working at this location?
Our team shares a strong bond and a genuine commitment to caring for one another and our patients. Even when patients aren’t feeling their best, we’re always happy to see both our regular visitors and new patients, ensuring they get the care they need to start feeling better.
Any tips for first-time patients?
We’re not visible from the main road, so be sure to pull into Hawthorne Plaza at 119th and Roe to find us. Once you’re here, you’ll find there is plenty of free parking and two accessible parking spots right in front of our location.
How is Carbon Health involved in the local community?
We are proud members of the Chamber of Commerce and regularly support local schools through back-to-school events. Our team also enjoys participating in a variety of community activities, including city-sponsored events in Overland Park and other family-friendly local gatherings.

My kids attend a local school, and we truly love being part of such a friendly neighborhood. For great nearby dining, The Mixx offers healthy and delicious options, while KC Joe’s remains a beloved local staple just minutes from our location.
