Meet Shoua Xiong, Center Manager of our Sacramento, CA location. In this post, she shares a closer look at the clinic and what makes the local Natomas community unique.
What types of patients do you see?
Our Natomas urgent care clinic is dedicated to making everyday healthcare easier and more accessible to everyone in our community. We offer a full range of urgent care services, from treating minor illnesses and injuries to providing on-site X-rays. Our providers and staff are committed to delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages, from infants as young as 6 months. In addition to our urgent care services, we partner with many local businesses to provide occupational health services, including pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, drug testing, and treatment for on-the-job workers’ compensation injuries.
Where are you located?
We are located in Natomas at the corner of E Commerce Way and Arena Blvd, in the KSP Arena Corporate Center, across from Costco. There is plenty of parking available directly in front of our door and surrounding the back of the building.
What are the main cities or neighborhoods you serve?
We also serve the Sacramento area, including Elk Grove, Yolo County, Woodland, and Yuba.
What’s your favorite thing about working at this location?
I wanted to share how much I love working in Natomas because we get to take care of our community. Knowing that we get to help someone feel better and recover from their illnesses or injuries when they aren't feeling well or are hurt is truly rewarding. We are so lucky to be able to serve this community, and I am thankful they have chosen us for their care.
How is Carbon Health involved in the local community?
We are proud members of the Natomas Chamber of Commerce and actively participate in many local community events. Staying connected and supporting the community.
Any local ties?
Our staff live in the Elk Grove and Sacramento area, and they are a compassionate group dedicated to taking care of the community.
