Our Technology blog focuses on how Carbon Health employs technology to create the future of healthcare.
The Steady Health team joined Carbon Health in 2021, and since then we have been working tirelessly together to bring the Carbon Health vision of omnichannel, continuous, sensor-driven care for chronic conditions like diabetes to life. Read more.
Omnichannel care means you should be able to have a laceration looked at, get your labs primary care needs taken care off, and enroll in a chronic care program for something like diabetes or hypertension — all with the same healthcare team.
